After customers confirm their order, they will generally receive the goods within 2 to 5 working days , depending on the region. If the delivery day falls on a public holiday , the delivery arrangement may be adjusted.

Customers may return items according to our 14-day returns policy. Items returned must be unused and resalable to receive a full refund. Unless the goods are damaged or wrong when they arrive, the return shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the goods will be borne by the customer.
