FAQs

Our check-in time is 14:00 - 19:00 and check-out time is 10:00 - 12:00 every day. Early check-in or late check-out will incur a pet sitting fee of HK$80 per hour.

  1. Pets must be 6 months or older to stay.
  2. If the pet is 10 years old or older, a medical examination certificate from a registered veterinarian within the past month must be presented. If this is not provided, our hotel can arrange for your pet to undergo a physical examination at the Mid-Levels Veterinary Center before check-in. Your pet can only be boarded and lodged at our hotel after its health condition is confirmed by a registered veterinarian. Pets staying at the hotel can enjoy a preferential price (HK$200.00) for registered veterinary check-up fees.
  3. We do not accept pets that are under 6 months old, pregnant, less than 14 days after surgery, require special medical care, have infectious diseases or chronic diseases. As the above conditions require long-term care from a dedicated person, customers should choose to seek temporary care at a registered veterinary clinic that provides 24-hour medical care. If the customer does not declare the above conditions before check-in, and the pet is found to have the above conditions after check-in, PET HK has the right to arrange for the pet to be temporarily cared for at a registered veterinary clinic. All resulting costs are borne by the customer and no refund will be given for any boarding accommodation fees paid. (Infectious diseases for dogs include but are not limited to enterovirus, enteritis, kennel cough, distemper, bronchitis, hepatitis, heartworm, rabies/Infectious diseases for cats include but are not limited to colds, leukemia, AIDS, feline distemper )
  4. If your pet is aggressive towards people or other pets or in similar situations, please inform us truthfully when making the reservation and PET HK staff will do their best to cooperate and take care of the pet. If the beautician, caregiver or other person present is injured due to failure to fully inform or deliberate concealment, the customer shall be responsible for all legal responsibilities and compensate for all medical and economic losses without any objection.
  1. The total amount of the boarding accommodation fee must be paid within 2 days after the booking date is confirmed. If the boarding accommodation fee is not paid, PET HK has the right to cancel the booking without further notice.
  2. You can change the reservation date once free of charge 14 days before check-in. If you change the date within 14 days, an additional handling fee of 20% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
  3. Customers are required to book their check-in and check-out dates and/or times in advance. If you need to change your check-in or check-out date and/or time, please make a request one week before the original time, and we will accommodate it based on actual availability.
  4. Since the reserved room has been reserved, 50% of the boarding fee will be refunded if the cancellation is notified 14 days before the check-in date. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 14 days. No refund will be given for early departure.
  5. Customers must read and sign the [PET HK Foster Care Terms and Conditions] and fill in the [PET HK Foster Care Admission Form] truthfully before paying the foster care accommodation fee. After paying the boarding accommodation fee, the customer understands and agrees to abide by the PET HK terms and conditions and the various agreements of accommodation.
  6. The customer agrees that additional charges may apply before and after the holiday and PET HK reserves the right to change the boarding accommodation fees and other service charges from time to time without prior notice.
  7. Guests are required to pay HK$1,000.00 in cash on the first day of stay as emergency funds (PET HK package points cannot be used). The unused portion of the reserve fund will be refunded upon check-out.
  8. All non-PET HK accommodation, beauty, goods and services charges cannot be deducted using PET HK package points.

To ensure the health and safety of your pet, all pets staying in the hotel must meet the following requirements:

  1. Dogs must complete three rounds of DHPPiL vaccination, and adult dogs only need to receive a DHPPiL booster vaccine once a year. Cats must complete three rounds of FVRCP vaccination, and adult cats only need an annual FVRCP booster vaccine.
  2. Dogs must have been vaccinated against rabies within three years prior to admission.
  3. Customers must provide the above-mentioned valid vaccination certificates before their pets check in.
  4. Guests must ensure that their pets are microchipped and provide the original microchip record prior to check-in.
  5. PET HK recommends that customers have their dogs vaccinated against kennel cough at least 10 days before their stay.
  6. Pets need to be vaccinated against heartworms or take heartworm medicine regularly. (Approved brands: HeartGuard / Heska / Bravecto)
  7. Pets must be treated with anti-lice medicine before checking in. Customers are required to take a photo of the medication application process or provide an empty bottle of medicine as proof. If it is not provided, guests can bring their own or purchase it from our store and perform flea control before check-in. (Approved brands: Frontline/ Revolution/ Selehold/ Nexgard / Broadline / Drontal / Profender / Stronghold )
