After submitting your order, someone will contact you within 24 hours to confirm and arrange delivery. (Reply time is generally from 11am to 7pm)
After customers confirm their order, they will generally receive the goods within 2 to 5 working days , depending on the region. If the delivery day falls on a public holiday , the delivery arrangement may be adjusted.
Customers may return items according to our 14-day returns policy. Items must be returned unused and resalable to receive a full refund. Unless the goods are damaged or wrong when they arrive, the return shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the goods will be borne by the customer.
